The 48-Hour Return is a two-part printed reflection workbook designed for intentional time offline. Structured as a contained 48-hour process, it moves from distance and observation through to a considered return to daily patterns.

Book I, Distance, creates space for awareness, noticing and reflection.

Book II, Re-entry, turns attention toward what is carried back into daily life.
