Shipping policy

Orders from The OFF Hours are shipped from Portugal.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with any available tracking information.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Portugal mainland, Madeira and Azores, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, the United States and Canada.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@theoffhoursproject.com and we will let you know whether delivery can be arranged.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The total cost of your order, including any applicable shipping charges, will be shown before you confirm your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.

As a guide:

Portugal: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch
European Union: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 7 to 14 working days after dispatch
International: 10 to 21 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather, operational disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or local charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@theoffhoursproject.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@theoffhoursproject.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the carrier.

If an order has not been delivered within 30 days of order confirmation, and no later delivery period has been agreed, please contact us so we can review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your parcel or item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at hello@theoffhoursproject.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging and item.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.
